鍛鍊提肛

開車、坐著工作、躺著準備入睡之前,都可以練習,先用力緊閉尿道、陰道及肛門口,向上提肛,維持收縮5~10秒,再放鬆10~20秒,重複練習,有助改善漏尿情形。
加強肛門功能鍛煉,具體方法:
①仰臥位:曲膝呼吸肛門放鬆,吸氣時兩腿內收肛門收腹抬臀。
②坐位:深吸氣收腹提肛時呼吸時肛門放鬆。
③站立位:下蹲肛門放鬆,站立時收腹提肛。
以上方法每早各30次持之一恆。
